Forward a Single Email

    Open the email and click Forward

    Open the email. At the bottom of the message, click the Forward button (arrow pointing right). Or click the three dots (more options) at the top right of the email → Forward. On keyboard: with the email open, press F.

    Add recipients and send

    Type the recipient’s email address in the To field. Add an optional message above the forwarded content. Click Send.

Forward Multiple Emails at Once

    Select emails and use Forward as attachment

    In the Gmail inbox, tick the checkbox next to each email you want to forward. Click the three dots (more options) at the top of the inbox → Forward as attachment. This attaches all selected emails as .eml files in a new message. Useful for sending multiple emails to someone for their reference.

Set Up Automatic Email Forwarding

    Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP

    Click the gear icon (Settings) → See all settings. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Click Add a forwarding address. Enter the destination email address. Gmail sends a verification code to that address — confirm it. Then select Forward a copy of incoming mail and choose what to do with the original (keep in Gmail, mark as read, archive, or delete).

Forward Using Gmail Filters (Selective Automatic Forwarding)

To automatically forward only emails from a specific sender or with certain keywords: Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter. Set your criteria (from, subject, keywords). Click Create filter → tick Forward it to → select the forwarding address. Only matching emails are forwarded.
