    Open GeForce Experience

    Search for GeForce Experience in the Start menu. If not installed, download it free from nvidia.com/geforce-experience. Sign in with a free Nvidia account.

    At the top of the GeForce Experience window, click the Drivers tab.

    Click Check for Updates

    GeForce Experience checks for the latest driver for your specific GPU. If an update is available, it shows the version number and a Download button.

    Click Download and wait for it to complete. Then click Express Installation. The driver installs automatically. Your screen may go black briefly during installation — this is normal.

    Right-click the desktop → Nvidia Control Panel → System Information. Or Device Manager → Display Adapters to see your GPU name.
